Replacement Terms:

Pureweave do not have a refund policy, but it has a fast replacement policy. If the product is not liked, it can be replaced with a new one. Customer should inform us on the same day when the product is delivered through whatsapp: +9711444777 or e-mail: cashmea@gmail.com. We will arrange pickup within 2-3 business working days. Once the product is picked, we will immediately dispatch another product chosen by you. Replacement product amount should be equal or greater than the product previously purchased. Any amount variation should be paid as per our payment methods.

We value your business. It is requested to go through the product description while buying, where we have explained the looks, transparency and usage of our scarves. That will give you an idea if it is useful for you for the season or occasion you want to wear it. Pureweave is concerned about your buying and usage. We do not want you to get disappointed by receiving a product which you were not expecting.
